I highly recommend Kelly’s Jewelry CT for any repair needs you have on your jewelry. 50 bucks to fix the clasp on my very sentimental 14k bracelet. When this broke, it broke my heart. They not only got it done and communicated well, it was cleaned so throughly that it sparkles like its brand new. To say im happy with the service is an understatement!

I come here for every birthday and christmas present to find something personalized and unique that I know my friends and family will love. One of the best businesses in Torrington! It is always fun to browse here. The three ladies who work here are gracious and kind. I love that a lot of their products are from local businesses and makers. The newly added jewelry store has some beautiful options. If you haven’t been here yet, what are you waiting for?

This store is awesome! The Kelly's Crystals side has a great selection of crystals, jewelry, accessories, decor, and specialty body care. If you're interested in fine jewelry, the Kelly's Jewelry side has you covered! The employees are super friendly and welcoming, and are enthusiastic about the products they sell. They also offer free gift wrapping!

Love love love Kelly’s Crystals! I’m there at least twice a month for tumble stones, chime candles, incense, herbal blends, notebooks and goddess cards by local artists. I get so many compliments on the custom silver chrysoprase ring I bought there! They even bought some old gold jewelry I didn’t want. Your one-stop shop for everything sparkly and/or metaphysical.

My boyfriend took me engagement ring shopping to 3 different local jewelry stores and Kelly’s blew them ALL out of the water. As soon as we walked in both the ladies behind the counter greeted us and made us feel so welcome. The ambiance of the store was so fresh, and bright & welcoming. They asked what we were stopping in for, and weren’t pushy at all. We worked with Jess, who let me try on probably every single engagement ring option in their case and took the time to explain everything that goes into ring shopping. I knew absolutely nothing before walking in there, and I’m so thankful that Jess was the first person we worked with on this journey! She was so patient, a great listener, and really probed me and helped me get comfortable telling her what I did and did not like. She was upfront about costs and worked with us to find something within our budget without making sacrifices. By the end of the visit we custom built the perfect engagement ring almost $1,000 below our budget! She is truly a gem and I am so grateful that she was the one we got to work with during this milestone moment. We know which jewelry store we are shopping at from here on out.

I had a wonderful experience at Kelly’s Jewelry. My boyfriend had purchased an engagement ring from there, but it turned out to be just a bit too small. Rachel, who was incredibly helpful, assisted us in determining the correct size and facilitated the ordering of the perfect fit. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. I walked into Kelly’s for the first time looking for a present for my mom. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of options - from local soaps and pottery to new and estate jewelry, they had it all! The Kelly’s crew were all welcoming and helpful, and I even walked out with a fresh sourdough chocolate chip cookie. I will definitely be back.
